Our packages are sent with PostNL. The packages are only delivered to the specified address, your signature is required to receive the package. You will receive the track & trace information of the delivery by email as soon as your order has been shipped. On the basis of this information you can see when the package will be delivered to you.
Delivery times within the Netherlands:
Orders placed before 16:00 on Tuesday to Friday are sent to PostNL the same day. In most cases, your order will be delivered the following day. Everything that is ordered after that will be processed on Tuesday.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Not satisfied with your purchase? For whatever reason, we will take the product back. However, the product must be unworn and the original labels must still be attached.
You can only exchange your product by returning your product and placing a new order. This way you will have your new product quickly at home or contact us and see what a better solution is.
How to return a product:
Within 10 days you can return the received package in whole or in part, the costs are for your own account. Please remember to complete the return form as accurately as possible and add it to the shipment. You can download the return form here or down this page.

After receiving your order you have 10 days to change your mind. This means that you have a maximum of 10 days to return your product after receipt.

If the item is worn, dirty, damaged or incomplete, we cannot accept the item as return, the item will then be returned to sender.
